Even though our newest property at 13 W. Central Street was just completed in the Fall, 2017, things are about to get very busy on the first floor with our two new commercial tenants!
Stonegate Group is very pleased to announce that we have signed a lease with Eat Farmhouse, LLC for 2 of the 3 front commercial units at the property. Additionally, we’d like to give a warm Stonegate Group welcome to Steve DeMasco’s Shaolin Studios (SDSS), who will be occupying the back commercial unit # 4 (accessed via the Summer St. alley). SDSS has a wide and respected reputation throughout New England as one of the premier martial arts schools in the country. Classes for both adults and children will be starting this Winter.
