11 S. Main Street, Natick ​(Odd Fellows Building)

Most long-time Natick residents are familiar with one of the downtown district’s more notable buildings, the Odd Fellows Building, located at 11 S. Main Street.  This four story historic brick building has been the cornerstone of Downtown Natick since it was first constructed in 1887. 

Formerly the home of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Natick, this graceful and unique gem houses several commercial and retail units, including the world-renowned Zeta Fencing Studio and the outstanding Common Cafe.

Stonegate Group acquired the Odd Fellows Building in 2014 and is very proud to include this Natick landmark in our commercial portfolio.

11 S. Main St. circa 1980. The "Rainbow Restaurant" & "Kendall's Hardware" were the anchor businesses on the 1st floor in the space now currently occupied by the Common Cafe.
